Our olives are obtained with natural methods from Şirince- Selçuk region and are being selected with extra care. One can find our special extra virgin olive oil in 3 diffrent bottlings which  has its own delicate flavour, purity, scent as well as a colour differing from yellow to green. With maximum 0,5% acidity rate.
